We are an ADHD Coaching
and
Neurodiversity
advisory practice

We do what we do because all
brains don’t work the same way.
How boring would that be?

At The Wavy Brain, we’re all about digging into those differences to help people better understand how their brain works, and how to work with their brain.

We are firm believers that when it comes to neurodiversity, there’s no right way or wrong way, just the way that works for you.

Coaching Services

Consider us your thought partners and collaborators in navigating life with ADHD. If your ADHD is affecting your personal development, focus, or follow-through, we can offer support.

Consulting Services

As neurodiversity advisors, we work with companies to encourage education, collaboration, and employee support around neurodiversity within their core company values and broader DEI strategy.

Meet Lindsay

I'm Lindsay, a marketing executive turned ADHD Coach and voice for neurodivergent thinkers. Before becoming an ADHD Coach, I spent 18 years rising the ranks at brands like Nike, Levi Strauss & Co., Google/Nest, Keds, and WS Development. A late-in-life ADHD diagnosis and the experience of caring for two young kids during the global pandemic led me to rethink my career and, ultimately, my life purpose.  As I worked to understand my own brain post-diagnosis, my deep dive into all things ADHD evolved into a passion for neurodiversity support, education, and advocacy.

What Our Clients are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

  • ADHD coaching is a collaborative process where you bring the topic, and I guide the conversation. Think of me as your thought partner in navigating neurodiversity and ADHD. If ADHD is affecting your personal development, focus, or follow-through, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll identify what you need to live your most fulfilling, authentic life, and we’ll create clear, actionable strategies to help you get there.

  • At The Wavy Brain, our coaching philosophy focuses on three key areas:

    • Education: Learning about ADHD and the broader world of neurodiversity.

    • Awareness: Understanding how ADHD uniquely impacts you—because every case of ADHD is 100% unique.

    • Self-compassion: Being kind and supportive to yourself as you go through this process of self-discovery and understanding.

  • No, you don’t need an ADHD diagnosis to work with me. I’m a certified life coach with a specialty in ADHD, trained through ADDCA. Whether or not you have a diagnosis, we can work together to explore and address your needs.

  • I don’t diagnose ADHD. The diagnosis process can be complex because ADHD symptoms often overlap with other conditions. It’s important to work with your medical care team, including a psychiatrist, for an official diagnosis. My role is to help you understand your brain better and support you in gathering the information you might need if you decide to pursue a diagnosis.  I’m also happy to collaborate with your medical and mental health care team in any way.

  • Results depend on what you put into the process. You already have the answers within you, and my role is to guide you through reflective inquiry, active listening, and insights to help you uncover new possibilities. Together, we’ll explore what you want and how to get there.  While coaching isn’t meant to be a long-term commitment, it does take time and consistency to see change.  Because of this, I require new clients to commit to 4 sessions; however, we can space that out at whatever frequency works best for you, your schedule, and budget.

  • Sessions are 55 minutes; however, I also offer 30-minute sessions.

Many clients will start with 55-minute sessions, and once they feel like they have the tools & strategies to coach themselves, they may switch to 30-minute sessions with less frequency.

This is an excellent way to keep the maintenance and accountability in place while you shift out of coaching.

  • Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel at the last minute once, I can usually reschedule if it fits into my schedule. However, if you miss a scheduled appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be required to pay the full cost of the session.
