I remember what it felt like to realize ADHD was part of my story, and I had no clue what to do with that info. It was overwhelming, isolating, and disorienting. You’ll gain insights into how ADHD actually works and how it shows up in real life. Bonus! You’re welcome to bring as many people as you want to the session, so go ahead, invite your kid(s) and/or partner too!
