Frequency of Sessions
It takes time and consistency to spark change, so we require a 4 session minimum to begin our work together.
After our first 4 sessions are complete, our practice is purposely flexible to meet the needs and schedule of the client. We will agree on the number of sessions and cadence you’d like for the following months, then I bill at the end of each month.
Most clients choose to meet every other week to maintain progress towards your goals. You can cancel that month at any time or change frequency of sessions, as long as you give us 24-hours notice. There are no refunds given once sessions are billed.
Duration of a Coaching Engagement
The coaching engagement is different for each client, their goals and where they are on their learning journey.
Our goal as your coach is to help you feel empowered to coach yourself through tools that work for you and the courage to make the change you seek.
How a Session Works
Coaching is an exploratory and collaborative process based off an agenda that you bring to each session. We’ll agree on the outcome for that session and I will guide us through our session ensuring we achieve your goals. We will check in on your broader goals regularly to ensure we’re heading in a direction that’s working for you.
We also welcome any feedback along the way. Our sessions are a completely safe, non-judgmental and confidential place for you to process your thoughts, gain clarity and feel empowered to get what you want.

Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, and you’re eager to learn more but don’t know where you start or have time to research the best books or resources to learn more. Or, perhaps, a loved one has been diagnosed, and you want to learn more to support them.
