Coaching Services
Consider me your thought partner and collaborator in navigating life with ADHD. If your ADHD is affecting your personal development, focus, or follow-through, I can offer support. Together, we can identify what you need and desire to live your most fulfilling, authentic life. Then, we’ll define clear, actionable strategies to help you get there.
I’m not a therapist, but I can help you think about the right questions to ask at your next appointment.
I specialize in working with adults - executives, creatives, entrepreneurs, and those in life transition who are looking to dive into self-discovery and understanding. I also work with young adults in life transitions looking for guidance on where to start mapping out their life plans.

Young Adults (18+)
Transitioning from high school age to the next phase of life, college or not. Transitioning from college age to the next phase of life after college, exploring a career or job.
Parents
Parenting a child or children with ADHD can require a great deal of energy, especially if the parent is neurodivergent themselves. Parent coaching will help to build a collaborative, supportive and understanding for your family. Parent coaching is a great option for families where the child is not ready, not willing or too young to benefit from coaching themselves.
I’m here to help
I’m not a therapist, but I can help you think about the right questions to ask at your next appointment. I’m not your boss, but we can outline reasonable ADHD accommodations you’d like to request in your workplace. I have a husband and 2 kids, so I also understand what it’s like to navigate family life with ADHD. I’m a sounding board, a resource, and a partner on your journey to finding joy in working with your brain.
